The Village of Olympia Fields required a 42-item punch list to be completed before occupancy could be issued. During the rehab process, the scope of work expanded to include all new sewer and water lines throughout the home, updated electrical, and chimney repairs.
Once those requirements were completed, the property received extensive interior upgrades. New flooring, trim, and doors were installed throughout. A full bathroom was added, while the existing bathroom was updated with a new vanity, tile flooring, and a tiled shower. The kitchen was fully renovated with new flooring, cabinets, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances.
With these improvements complete, the home was brought to market in the fall of 2024.
